Privacy information
This draft explains the Visenne data flows that the current app supports. It is not yet a complete privacy notice for TEST users or for LIVE customers.
This is draft information for the Visenne TEST service. A TEST checkout, where available, takes no real payment. LIVE purchases are not available. Please contact us before relying on this draft for a purchase or providing sensitive material.
Who handles your information
NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD operates Visenne and decides how information is used for the app. It is company number 16648348, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 45 Blackthorn Road, Bristol, England, BS13 0AL. For privacy questions or rights requests, email support@novalktechnologies.com.
What we use and why
We use your email address, authentication details and a browser-held sign-in session to provide account access. A selected image or PDF and an unsaved draft remain in the browser tab until you choose an action that sends them.
Saving a study uploads its source file, selected drawing-page image, descriptions and study details to private application storage and records. Generating a 2D image sends the reviewed description and, when applicable, an accepted image to the image provider. A description-only request sends its written brief. The raw PDF is not sent to that provider. A requested Blender 3D render sends structured scene settings to a hosted worker.
We record generated files, job status, render-credit use, order and refund status, and technical records to deliver work, account for purchases, secure the service and investigate problems. If you email support, the message and any details you include are used to handle your request. The proposed LIVE Stripe Checkout asks for a billing address to inform buyer-location and tax review. Stripe collects payment details in its hosted form; the current Visenne app records order and credit events, not your full billing address or card number.
We have not yet approved the lawful basis for each of these purposes. That purpose-by-purpose explanation is required before this can be the final LIVE privacy notice.
Services involved
Lovable Cloud and Supabase provide account, private-file and application services. OpenAI receives the brief and accepted image needed for a requested 2D output, and may receive text for optional planning. Cloudflare receives scene settings for a requested hosted Blender render. Stripe hosts Checkout and sends payment events to Visenne. The site requests fonts from Google, which receives the ordinary information sent with those browser requests. Support email goes to the Novalk support address.
The precise contracting entities, service roles, processing locations, international transfers and safeguards, and retention by these services still need verification. We cannot say that all processing or copies stay in the UK.
Deleting work and keeping records
Deleting a saved study removes access to it in the app and starts cleanup of its private files. Database metadata, job and deletion records can remain for reconciliation. Deleting a description-only job clears its descriptive text in the app database and starts image cleanup, while an accounting record remains. Deleting a Blender scene starts cleanup of its private app files and records; the separate job record held by Cloudflare has no verified hosted deletion process. An in-app Delete action does not remove every payment, security, provider or backup record.
The app does not yet provide a complete account-erasure process. Retention periods or clear criteria are still needed for accounts, saved sources, prompts, outputs, jobs, order and credit records, support mail, logs, deletion records and backups. Contact us to request a copy of your information or ask us to review deletion.
Your information rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its use, or provide information for transfer where that right applies. Which rights apply depends on the purpose and lawful basis. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Before LIVE sales, the final notice must also explain any required information about whether data is necessary for an account or purchase, any applicable automated decisions, the rights process, and changes to this notice. Please use the support address above for a privacy request while those details are being finalised.
