Buying and render credits

This is an unreleased proposal for one-off Visenne render-credit packs, not final legal terms. The LIVE purchase journey and several customer rights and operating policies still need final review.

This is draft information for the Visenne TEST service. A TEST checkout, where available, takes no real payment. LIVE purchases are not available. Please contact us before relying on this draft for a purchase or providing sensitive material.

Who supplies Visenne

Visenne is supplied by NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16648348, registered in England and Wales. Its registered office is 45 Blackthorn Road, Bristol, England, BS13 0AL. You can contact us at support@novalktechnologies.com.

NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not currently registered for UK VAT. The proposed LIVE journey uses direct Stripe Checkout; using Stripe does not itself make Stripe the seller — Novalk remains the seller of render credits. No country has yet been approved for LIVE checkout. We intend to serve UK and international customers once the checkout coverage and tax treatment for each buyer location have been verified, and the final total and its treatment still need approval.

Packs and payment

The proposed packs are £19 for 30 render credits and £39 for 80 render credits, priced in GBP. Each is a one-off purchase, with no subscription or free trial. The proposed LIVE Stripe Checkout will request a billing address to inform buyer-location and tax review; a billing address alone does not establish the buyer's location or calculate any tax. Before LIVE sales, we must confirm the final total and any tax due for each permitted buyer location. The current TEST checkout takes no real payment.

You need a signed-in Visenne account to receive credits. The app adds them only after Stripe confirms a successful payment; returning from Checkout alone does not add them. You can check your balance and recent order status in your account. Credits from all purchased packs are held in one pooled ledger rather than kept separate per pack. A full refund revokes all credits from that pack even after some have been used on renders, which can reduce the credits still available to you from another pack. A partial refund or dispute puts paid rendering under review until it is resolved.

What one credit produces

The proposed exchange is one credit for one finished 2D image, or one finished Blender 3D render with its preview PNG and GLB file together. Requesting both a 2D image and a 3D render uses two credits. The 2D workflow can start from a description or an accepted image or drawing page. The 3D workflow uses supported scene controls; it does not turn a sketch into verified CAD.

Products and electronics images are visual concepts. Circuit-board or semiconductor imagery is not an electrically verified design, fabrication file or engineering approval. The terms granting rights to use, change or share generated outputs still need approval.

Availability and incomplete outputs

New purchases or generation can be paused when the service cannot confirm delivery. A temporarily unavailable account page does not itself erase a recorded credit balance. For a definite failed 2D request with no delivered output, the reserved credit is restored. An uncertain 2D provider or storage outcome can leave the credit reserved while the job is reviewed.

The current ledger has no automatic expiry for purchased credits. The customer policy for credit validity, prolonged unavailability and service closure still needs approval. The handling of a Blender job with no usable PNG and GLB must also be resolved before LIVE sales.

Cancellation, refunds and help

To request cancellation or a refund, or to report an incorrect balance or failed output, email support@novalktechnologies.com and include your order reference if you have it. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, you may make a clear request in your own words. Your statutory rights remain available.

The cancellation period and refund treatment for an unused or partly used pack, and for a generated output, require legal review. The app does not yet capture a separate request or acknowledgement for supply during a statutory cancellation period. Pressing Buy is not treated here as a waiver of cancellation rights.

Information still required before LIVE sales

Final purchase terms must state which countries checkout accepts, the buyer's total price and tax treatment, when credits become available, their validity, what happens if the service stops, and the rights to download and use generated outputs. The cancellation notice, any model form and the treatment of early use must be settled and shown before payment.

Customers must also receive a copy of their contract information in a form they can keep after purchase. This draft and the current TEST payment flow do not establish that final LIVE confirmation. LIVE checkout remains closed while these decisions and delivery checks are open.
